My names Mitchel, I’m one of the Personal Trainers and Instructors here at The Clock Tower. I’m a Level 3 qualified trainer and Indoor Cycle qualified, with a massive passion for health and fitness.

My goal is to try and get as many people involved with resistance training as I can, educate people with nutrition throughout, and get people to gain the confidence to be able to do anything in the gym without any worries. If you’re looking to gain size, shred off some weight, or you just generally want a little guidance, I am available for 1-2-1s any time of day and tailored Training Plans are also available. I look forward to hearing from you!

I have over 20 wonderful years of experience in the fitness and dance industry as a dancer, tri-athlete competitor and many other mediums of fitness including CrossFit and karate. I now seek holistic wellness as well as physical fitness.

I am a qualified REPS GP Referral specialist and Personal Trainer. If you suffer from any musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic, mental health or respiratory conditions, I would love to have a free 1hr consultation with you to discuss how we could plan the appropriate lifestyle to help achieve your optimum fitness and well-being.

Each month I will be doing up to 5 case studies a month for my GP referral portfolio, get in touch for more details.
