My names Mitchel, I’m one of the Personal Trainers and Instructors here at The Clock Tower. I’m a Level 3 qualified trainer and Indoor Cycle qualified, with a massive passion for health and fitness.

My goal is to try and get as many people involved with resistance training as I can, educate people with nutrition throughout, and get people to gain the confidence to be able to do anything in the gym without any worries. If you’re looking to gain size, shred off some weight, or you just generally want a little guidance, I am available for 1-2-1s any time of day and tailored Training Plans are also available. I look forward to hearing from you!

I’ve been lucky enough to be apart of many professional training environments all throughout my Rugby career, and i’m now passing this passion and knowledge of fitness on to other people.
